Mrs. Kamal is a visionary leader who has played a key role in establishing and growing many successful enterprises. With her strong work ethics, integrity, and dedication to excellence, she has led the ​group’s agriculture​​ wing. Meridian’s Amropalee mangoes has been a pioneer in Bangladesh. For her contribution to agriculture ​and fisheries ​the Prime Minister of Bangladesh HE Sheikh Hasina. has awarded her national award 2 times. She is also winner of the Standard Chartered Argi Award. Mrs. Kamal is elected as District Governor of Lions Clubs International for 2024-25, District 315-B4, Bangladesh. She dedicates her time to serving the leadership and governance of the club.

He has built various concerns o​f​ Meridian group such as Meridian Food, Meridian Restaurant, Meridian Real Estate , Meridian Agro and Fisheries Ltd. with utter grit honesty and dedication over last 50 years.​​ ​He serves the Lions’ Club and is actively involved in restructuring the school system in his village in Noakhali. ​He’s currently serving as the President, Kashipur ML High School, Sonaimuri, Noakhali. Meridian Kohinoor City is his dream project to gift the city a space for leisure and upload the city’s prestige as an international destination for business and joy.

Deputy Managing Director
Saif has had 18 years of illustrious career across advertising, executive search, media and innovation at Ogilvy & Mathers, Heidrick & Struggles, Dhaka Tribune and Toru Institute. He is the founder of Toru Institute that has incubated leading technology startups like 10 minute school, Shopup, i-farmer, Solshare and SupplyLine. At Meridian, he is responsible for the strategy and growth of the group’s business activities and looks after the hotel development business unit​.​ Saif is a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum. He has been a speaker and attendee at the the Forum’s annual meet at Davos. He has been selected as the Emerging Leader for Transformational Change by the Rockefeller Foundation. Currently he pursuing higher education at Harvard University.

He is also a National Committee Member of United World College, Bangladesh, Lifetime Member of LEO (Lions International), Junior Chamber of Commerce. He’s the founder of Meridian Kohinoor City and the brainchild of it. He has become a pioneer of Meridian Group by involving himself in the development of the group bringing Innovation and technology as a core pillar of development of Meridian Group.
